Return Policy

Overview

At Finn’s Fashion and Clothing, your satisfaction matters to us. We strive to deliver quality products that meet your expectations. However, because we operate through a dropshipping model, our return and refund process may differ slightly from traditional retail stores. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items due to size issues, buyer’s remorse, or delays caused by shipping carriers. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@finnsfashionandclothing.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions (including the return address, which may be your order’s supplier or fulfillment partner).

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  4. After we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned item, we’ll issue your refund or replacement.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.

  • In cases where items are unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except when a mistake is made on our part (damaged, wrong, or defective item).


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Intimates and underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings or body jewelry

  • Clearance or final sale items


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed by our suppliers and cannot be changed.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost.
