📦 Orders & Shipping
1. How long does shipping take?
Because we partner with global suppliers, shipping typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the item’s availability. Some orders may arrive in separate packages if you’ve ordered multiple items.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly from that email or by using our Order Tracking page.
3. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated yet?
Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after shipping. Don’t worry — your order is still on the way! If it’s been more than 10 business days without updates, please contact us at support@finnsfashionandclothing.store.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed by our supplier.

1. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please check measurements carefully before ordering, as sizing may vary by manufacturer.
2. Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Popular items may be restocked depending on supplier availability. Feel free to email us if you’re waiting on a specific item.

2. Is my payment information secure?
Yes — our website uses SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment information is 100% protected.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
1. Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
2. Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the issue is our fault (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the cost. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
